These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you and The Flower Hut Emsworth when placing an order through our website or by telephone. By ordering from us, you agree to the terms set out below.

Ordering is simple. Browse our online shop and add any items you wish to purchase to your basket. When ready, proceed to checkout and provide the details required to complete your order.
We accept major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Clearpay and Klarna. International customers may place an order, and the card provider will convert the payment to the relevant local currency.
Orders cancelled online or by phone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Your order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only once payment has been processed and the order has been accepted. This protects both parties in situations such as pricing errors or where a product becomes unavailable.
If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before payment is processed to confirm whether you wish to proceed.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Saturday (11am on Tuesday & Saturday) can be delivered the same day. Orders placed for future dates will be delivered on the date selected, provided they meet our cut-off times.
Orders scheduled for public holidays will be delivered on the next working day. We deliver only within the UK.
No timed deliveries are available except for funeral tributes and wedding work.
All orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not home, flowers will be returned to the shop and a card will be left advising collection.
If a neighbour is willing to accept the flowers, we may leave them with them. If the recipient is unable to collect, we will rearrange delivery at our earliest availability.
The Flower Hut Emsworth is not responsible for theft or damage to flowers, plants or gifts once they have been successfully delivered or left in a designated safe place.
Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. Where necessary, we may substitute stems of equal or greater value while maintaining the style, quality and colour palette of your chosen design.
If you require specific flowers, please call us at least 24 hours before delivery.
All prices include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%.
All payments are encrypted using 256-bit security. Card details are processed securely and are never held in clear text on any website or server.
We are committed to delivering high-quality flowers and excellent service. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, any issues should be reported within 1 working day of delivery. We will work with you to resolve concerns and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Your rights are protected under the UK Consumer Contract Regulations.
